In the normal use process for product, company product of whole machine will be changed freely in the three months,free service in one year.For those product period over a year will follow the specialized engagement, to enjoy the after-sales service that company provide according to the homologous contract. The period will calculate from date of the customer buy the company product that hold the sale invoice to protects .Exceed period that the company will provide the service with charge.

2. Service fax number is 024-88087629.Company request the after-sales service of the customer must be replied in 24 hours.

3. The company must reply with the quickest speed, in the most short time solve customer feedback, return to fixed breakdown .

4. Term of changed in three months
(1) In guarantees period ,product oneself really exsits quantity and electricity function problem;
(2) The product is well-found with the machine accessories( bottom , power wire, manual, packingetc.)
(3) The product outer shell has no nick, no the obvious dirty mark and crack for someone of damage;
(4) No with the factitious trace and scrach on the screen;
(5) with invoice and guarantees card.

5. Term of freely service in one year
(1) In guarantees period ,product oneself really exsits quantity and electricity function problem;
(2) The product did not dismantle byothers and not our company authorizes of permission
(3) The certificate of purchase and guarantees card , serial numbers of product still keep inside
(4) The product outer shell has no nick, no the obvious dirty mark and crack for someone of damage;
(5) No with the factitious trace and scrach on the screen;

3. troubleshoot
(1) No display(have grating)
First check switch power output，like cathode voltage value of D9、D10.if no correct,should cut power supply point of U line,Check it if normal.If OK,Show horizontal load occur phenomenon of short cut;on opposition,check switch power again. like as Q1、Q2、Q3、R3、R4、ZD1、FUSE, Q33 easy spoil for FM-1032、FM-1422 in operation.
(2) No display(no grating)
First check input voltage of switch power if have problem,check every electrode of CRT supply power if normal operation. If one or two electrod evoltage abnormality,should check& analysis this electrod circuit of power supply; in case all electrod voltage are normal operating,can confirm this CRT had Lost function. Cause No display componet mainly are Q33、D35.
(3) No picture(have grating)
Video magnification circuit or kinescope circuit cause occur problem. First measure input for switch power supply if It is normal workig. Supposing the result is no good,should check power supply ,then check Video magnification circuit or kinescope circuit. There is some parts that maybe cause above problem happening ,like as signal wire、74LS86、Q14、Q15 etc.
(4) H–No synchronization
This trouble mostly cause by H-surge frequency over normally working value. Maybe signal wire 、74LS86、LM1391、VR31 etc. affect it.
